Go to - Live Auctions

on the menu

Click on - Item you want to bid

to bid on Real Estate go to | Residential or Commercial | for other auction items, go to Movables

Click on the auction you want to bid on

Scroll through auction, to familiarize yourself and make sure its the item you want to bid on. – see opening and closing date of the auction.

Find Bid Window

(where you can type an amount in)

Make your bid

You will be prompted to register, either before making bid or after – this is so we know who is bidding

Click Bid Now

your bid will be registered

Watch the bidding process

you can always bid a higher amount again should your first bid be out bid

Bidding on auction is fun, its exhilarating and its not complicated, it may be new to you but its exiting, only you and the device your bidding on, no body to influence your bid amount, the decision to bid and the amount you bid is yours alone. The highest bidder and bid at auction closing time is the winner of the auction. Should all the required conditions have been met, example, reserve price (not every auction has a reserve price) – you will be declared the winner of the auction. With real estate, you will be required to pay a deposit of 5% of the value of your winning bid and the auctioneers fee, this is immediately after the auction and you will be required to sign an offer to purchase. Should your offer be declined by the seller, all funds you have paid will be returned to you. With Movables, its easier, you are required to pay your winning bid amount immediately into our bank account, on receipt of your funds, the item will be yours for collection or delivery, which ever was chosen under auction conditions . Please know your bid on this site is a valid and legal bid this site constitutes a legal offer and is binding – only bid what you can afford, there are no suspensive clauses or conditions, when you win the bid, you will be asked to honor your bid amount, failure to honor your bid amount, will lead you into an unnecessary legal wrangle, so have fun but bid wisely.
